Vacancy description
Rarekind
27 / year
Redbank, Australia
Ready to step up and take ownership?
If you’re a hands on warehouse leader who loves people, problem solving and getting the job done, this could be your next move.
Join a large, established electrical wholesaler in Redbank where you’ll lead the shift, make your mark and play a key role in keeping the whole warehouse operation running safely, efficiently and smoothly.
Why you’ll love it:
What’s the gig? You’ll take the lead across the shift, making sure everything from receiving, replenishment and inventory through to picking, packing and dispatch is running safely, accurately and on time.
You’ll be the person who keeps the big picture in view, balancing labour, priorities and customer requirements while supporting supervisors and warehouse teams to get the best out of their day.
When things don’t go to plan, you’ll be the one who steps in, works out what’s happening and gets things moving again.
You’ll also keep a close eye on shift performance, safety, productivity and service levels, looking for practical ways to improve how the warehouse operates.
And when it’s time to hand over to the next shift, you’ll make sure they know exactly what’s been done, what’s outstanding and what needs attention.
What you’ll bring:
We’re looking for an experienced warehouse leader who knows how to lead people, manage competing priorities and keep an operation moving.
You’ll ideally have:
Experience across receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, transport or MHE will be highly regarded.
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who can lead from the front, build trust with your team and create a safe, accountable and positive shift culture.
If you’re ready for a role where you can genuinely make an impact across the whole operation, this one’s worth a look.
