Rig Geologists - Reverse Circulation (RC)
Rig Geologists - Diamond drilling
to join their team across the Pilbara region. If you are ready for a secure roster with job security and a great team, this would be a great opportunity for you.
This position is on an Iron Ore Mine and will see you responsible for:
Supervise drilling and ensure safe, efficient operations.
Log drill chips/core, including geology, alteration and mineralisation.
Manage sampling, QA/QC and sample integrity.
Monitor recovery and identify drilling or geological issues.
Maintain accurate geological and drilling records.
Liaise with Mine Manager on progress and work closely with drill crews.
To be successful in this position, you require:
Bachelor of Science (Applied Technology) or equivalent
Experience with RC and/or Diamond drilling.
Strong logging, sampling and QA/QC skills.
Safety-focused with strong attention to detail.
Candidates with Iron Ore experience, and experience in the Pilbara will have strong advantage.
Unrestricted working rights and the ability to pass a medical
Be available for FIFO From Perth
