We are seeking an experienced, mid-level Property Manager to support a Pod Team Leader within our structured property management department. You will work closely with an experienced Pod Team Leader as part of a collaborative pod, where portfolios are managed collectively. This role is not a junior or entry-level position, and while you will not be solely responsible for a standalone portfolio, it requires sound technical knowledge, independence, and professional judgment. Key responsibilities include: – Supporting the Pod Team Leader with the day-to-day management of residential properties within the pod – Managing landlord and tenant communication with confidence and professionalism – Conducting routine and entry/exit inspections and preparing detailed reports – Processing tenancy applications and preparing lease documentation – Assisting with rent arrears management, lease renewals, and annual rent reviews – Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and contractor works – Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards – Providing operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the pod About You This role will suit you if you have: – Proven experience as a Property Manager (mid-level experience essential) – Strong working knowledge of residential tenancy legislation – Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with landlords and tenants – Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities – A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team structure – Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration – Current Australian Driver’s Licence – Experience using property management software Apply Now If you are an experienced Property Manager seeking a structured, team-based role with strong leadership support, a positive culture, and a 9-day fortnight, we would love to hear from you.
