About the Role

CJ's Garage is seeking a motivated, organised, and responsible Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and office operations. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the business by coordinating administrative activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting management and workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily office and administrative operations.
• Maintain accurate business records, files, correspondence, and documentation.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, customer enquiries, and appointment scheduling.
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and assist with accounts and financial records.
• Coordinate administrative communication between management, workshop staff, suppliers, and customers.
• Monitor office supplies and arrange purchases when required.
• Assist with staff scheduling, recordkeeping, and general personnel administration.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents.
• Maintain organised filing systems and ensure the confidentiality of business information.
• Support management in improving administrative procedures and operational efficiency.
• Ensure professional customer service and assist in resolving administrative issues.

Essential requirements:

• A Diploma-level qualification relevant to business administration, office management, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
• Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, email, and office administration systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A professional and customer-focused approach.

Salary and Benefits

• Annual Salary: AUD $80,000 + Superannuation
