Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact between Abbott and third-party logistics providers
Coordinate inbound receiving, storage, inventory management, and outbound distribution
Monitor warehouse operations and KPIs to ensure service level compliance
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and inventory variances
Manage transportation coordination and monitor freight performance with carriers
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
Experience coordinating and managing third-party logistics provider relationships
Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems
Experience investigating and resolving logistics and order fulfillment complaints
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
