Entrecôte, part of the Caboodle & Co Hospitality Group, is seeking talented Demi Chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team as we gear up for the festive season.
Serving elegant French fare, cocktails, caviar, and an award-winning wine list, Entrecôte is more than a restaurant - it’s a creative hub of passionate individuals, driven by excellence, detail, and joie de vivre.
We call Prahran home, but our team of 90 hails from around the world. We pride ourselves on fostering a welcoming, supportive environment where talent is nurtured, individuality celebrated, and growth encouraged.
What We’re Looking For:
Demi Chefs for cold and hot larder sections
2+ years’ experience in a similar position (high-end bistro or quality à la carte venue preferred)
Strong kitchen organisation and communication skills
Passion for French cuisine and culinary craft
Weekend availability
Efficient, professional, and team-minded
