You’ll spend time in the rooms mentoring educators and shaping meaningful learning experiences, while also supporting the Centre Manager with daily operations, compliance, and building strong family relationships. What We’re Looking For

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
• Current Working with Children Check & First Aid/CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards
• A confident leader who’s organised, approachable, and passionate about quality education
• Someone with the energy, positivity, and communication skills to bring out the best in others
