All Rounder Intern - Women's Fashion in Lidcombe, Australia

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on All Rounder Intern to support the day-to-day running of our fast-growing fashion brand. This role works closely with our Ecommerce & Operations Coordinator, giving you exposure to everything behind the scenes, from website updates to stock management and customer experience.

As a result of our continued growth, we are constantly seeking interns to join our team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting with website updates, product uploads, and merchandising
• Supporting UX improvements to enhance the online shopping experience
• Supporting brand events, including researching opportunities, coordinating stock, and assisting with event logistics and community engagement
• Assisting with customer service support, including returns processing and general order-related tasks
• Liaising with our 3PL warehouse for stock movements, dispatch, and inventory tracking
• Supporting general operations to keep everything running smoothly

What we’re looking for

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and willing to jump into different areas of the business
• Interest in ecommerce, operations, and fashion
• Strong communication skills
• Bonus: Shopify or ecommerce experience

Requirements -

• Minimum commitment 3 months with 2 days a week
• Graduated or in the last 2 years of studies (OR have relevant work experience)
• A great attitude!
• Live and breathe fashion!

Please note -

• 2 days a week with the option to choose 2 days from Monday, Wednesday or Friday
• Hours - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Unpaid internship
